What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a talented and an experienced Product Manager to join our team and help us enhance trade activation for our products. As a Sr. Product Manager, Trade Activation, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to activate traders from onboarding and into continual trading by understanding their trading needs and delivering value.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of active trading needs, the customer journey and will be able to identify opportunities to improve trading engagement and overall customer satisfaction. This individual will be a great collaborator who strives to achieve high standards while executing key product management responsibilities including conducting competitive and swot analysis, contributing to the product vision and strategy, defining the business requirements and priority of product initiatives, understanding customer segmentation, and creating ways to identify customer needs.


What You'll Be Doing:
  • Develop and implement strategies to activate and engage new and existing traders to increase their trading frequency and platform loyalty
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities to enhance the trading experience
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that encourage ongoing platform use
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle for trade activation initiatives, from conception to launch and continuous improvement and trading engagement
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap for trade activation, and prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility
  • Identify key metrics and set targets for trader activation and retention
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their evolving trading needs and to ensure alignment between product strategy and business goals
  • Lead product launches and ensure successful adoption by customers through effective communication, documentation, and training
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to trade activation and continual trading behaviors, and leverage this knowledge to continuously improve our products
  • Actively research and analyze industry and technology trends, and the competitive landscape in the broker dealer space for onboarding and self-service tools and communications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience trading in the financial markets
Desired Qualifications:
  • Expertise in fintech in the areas of investing, trading, wealth management, or asset management
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on Trading Platforms in the financial services industry preferred
