In this vital role, you will;

  • Enter and maintain essential data into the firm's docketing and calendaring system
  • Performing electronic court filings in federal, state, and appellate courts
  • Respond to requests for recommendations from experts, arbitrators, and other outside counsel
  • Monitor cases and retrieve documents with the use of various online resources


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years of litigation docketing specialist experience required
  • Experience with Court Management Systems such as CourtAlert, eDockets CompuLaw, Westlaw, or Lexis.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
