  • Practice Development: Establish and grow the AI practice, defining best practices, frameworks, and methodologies for AI projects.
  • Expertise: Utilize a deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and data science to create robust and scalable solutions.
  • & Implementation: Integrate AI solutions with existing business systems and processes to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies to continuously enhance our solutions.
  • Mentoring Leadership: Build and peer mentor a team of developers, data scientists, and engineers in AI projects and initiatives.
  • & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data scientists, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • & Training: Document solution designs and provide training and support to end-users and internal teams.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


Experience:

  • experience in software development, particularly in AI and machine learning projects.
  • expertise in using AI tools and platforms from Microsoft, Google, and / or AWS.
  • in leading or managing AI projects or teams, ideally from the ground up.
