Job Title: Commercial Escrow Assistant

Pay: $21.50/hourly

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM 

Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)


Job Description: Responsible for assisting Escrow Officers/Title Officers with coordinating, managing, and closing national commercial real estate transactions ranging from single site to high-liability, multi-site commercial real estate transactions. 

  • Compile documents, track a resolution of title comments and surveys, underwriting requests, post-closing functions, including supervising the timely recording of transaction documents.

  • Assist in the escrow process for simple and complex commercial transactions such as preparing documents for closing, inputting closing statement information, and handling disbursement and follow-up

  • Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process; adapts communication style as needed

  • Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings

  • Work with innovative technologies to enable escrow transactions and communicates with customers to provide a phenomenal customer experience


Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years of Administrative/Clerical/Office experience

  • Proficiency with scanners, and general clerical tasks

  • Ability to follow instructions and office procedures

  • Cash/check handling experience preferred but not required

On-boarding Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

  • Criminal Background & Drug Screening

  • 2 verifiable employment references
