Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing coordination? We're seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in executing strategic initiatives. As a vital team member, you'll coordinate marketing activities, ensuring seamless execution and contributing to campaign success. This role will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, E-commerce, Analytics, and Purchasing to build out holistic campaigns and execute tactics that deliver on our core KPIs. You will collaboratively develop growth opportunities, manage campaign operations, and track performance data. Ideal candidates are high-energy, proactive, creative, multimedia savvy, well-organized, and excellent communicators.
Responsibilities to include the following:
- Manage daily marketing operations, including the maintenance of marketing calendars and omnichannel plans
- Assist in the development and execution of digital, print, and event advertising plans
- Coordinate tasks and timelines to ensure deadlines are met across all deliverables
- Develop creative briefs and collaborate with the creative and content team for promotional and marketing materials
- Support the marketing team across a range of projects including, but not limited to, marketing operations and project management, content updates onsite and blog, direct mail, influencers, affiliate program, and more
- Coordinate and update our social media platforms including, but not limited to, scheduling posts to enhance our online presence, engaging with customers, monitoring social trends, and reporting on growth and engagement within channels; research and recommend new social platforms that align with our company and customer goals.
- Uploading content to websites and streamlining production
- Support the marketing team in tracking and reporting on key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- Track campaign performance and analyze data through Google Analytics and other software as needed; provide insights and recommendations
- Research and track marketing, customer, and competitor trends
- Support other marketing duties and tasks, as assigned, to ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives and overall team efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of marketing, retail, or related experience
- Proficiency in data analysis
- Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to deliver high-quality work
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with traditional and digital marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, MS Office (particularly Excel), and social media platforms
- Knowledge of camera and videography equipment, with a passion for photography, is a plus
