This is a great opportunity with room to grow within the company and this person would be joining a very a collaborative, supportive team. This person will have a high attention to detail, hold confidentiality in high regards and have the full scope of Generalist experience.


What you will do:

The full scope of Generalist experience including:

  • Onboarding
  • Compliance
  • Employee relations
  • Other tasks and duties within HR
  • Partner with senior leadership


What you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in a true Generalist role
  • High attention to detail
  • Confidentiality first mentality
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Healthcare experience a plus
  • Someone ready to grow and take the next step in their HR career


Other:

  • $75k-$85k
  • Fully onsite position: M-F
