Responsibilities:


* Coordinate the lifecycle of building automation projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution from design to completion.

* Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to clarify project requirements and refine designs.

* Manage project teams, including technicians and subcontractors, to facilitate efficient installations.

* Conduct regular project meetings to maintain alignment and momentum among all participants.

* Maintain detailed documentation throughout the project, from initial agreements to final handover.

* Address technical issues swiftly, ensuring they are resolved to maintain project integrity and progress.

* Stay informed about the latest industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and leverage cutting-edge technology.


Qualifications:


* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

* At least 3 years of project coordination experience in building automation or a related field, demonstrating a solid track record in project management.

* Good understanding of building automation systems, particularly HVAC controls.

* Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.

* Strong communication skills, adept at team management and client interaction.

* Proactive problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.

* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus but not required.
