About You

The Recruiter will be responsible for turning the business strategy into an actionable recruiting strategy and building proactive recruiting plans to address critical talent gaps, helping the organization assess and select talent for both todays and tomorrow’s business needs and ultimately creating a competitive advantage in the business and talent marketplace. 



Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Screen, evaluate, and qualify candidates, including in –depth candidate interviews to develop a deep understanding of candidate qualifications and competencies.
  • Educate and inform hiring managers and candidates about staffing processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Partner with senior business and HR leaders on critical talent gaps and drive effective talent strategy in support of the business.
  • Manage candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation.
  • Responsible for new hire onboarding process and supporting the Talent Aquisition team with new hire orientation. 



Specifications

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience required.
  • Experience recruiting for IT and Manufacturing positions is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit diverse candidates and ability to negotiate and consult on compensation packages. 
  • Ability to work successfully in an environment with high visibility and the ability to manage complex and sensitive situations independently.
  • Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills and a strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
