Job Description

  • Full cycle recruiting for technology-related positions at OSI, including but not limited to:
    • Identify and connect with top tech talent to expand your pool of potential candidates
    • Work with hiring managers to set up and organize job orders
    • Source, track, and screen qualified candidates using industry best practices and proprietary technology
    • Shepherd qualified candidates through all aspects of the interview process
    • Act as point of contact for candidates, clients and hiring managers
    • Be a trusted and responsive resource for internal and client hiring managers who need to find top talent

Required

  • 3+ years of technology-related recruiting experience
  • Experience managing the entire recruiting cycle, from sourcing to hire

Nice to have

  • Bachelors’ degree
  • Experience with programming languages or web design
  • Entrepreneurial experience, such as owning your own business
