Luminize Marketing is looking for an eCommerce Case Manager to contribute their efforts to our core business offering; empowering Amazon sellers with effective marketing and advertising strategies. In this role, you will serve as a dedicated advocate on behalf of our clients, resolving listing issues and overcoming bottlenecks on the Amazon seller platform. As an eCommerce Case Manager, you will be the client's main point of contact, proactively navigating and resolving issues to optimize their presence and performance in the competitive e-commerce landscape.


Responsibilities Include:


  • Analyzes data related to listing performance, identifying trends, and proposing strategic improvements to enhance overall visibility and sales.
  • Oversees and manages the accuracy and health of our Amazon seller listings, ensuring compliance with Amazon's guidelines and policies.
  • Proactively identifies and addresses any issues with seller listings, collaborating with internal teams and directly interfacing with Amazon to resolve problems promptly.
  • Communicates effectively with brands to notify them of any listing issues, provide updates, and make necessary requests to Amazon on the seller's behalf.
  • Acts as an advocate for our brand on the Amazon platform, representing the company's interests and ensuring a positive and compliant presence.


Minimum Qualifications:


  • 2-3 years of experience in customer support or customer resolution roles, preferably within an e-commerce setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon's seller platform, policies, and procedures, with a focus on customer-centric issue resolution.
  • Exhibited competence with Information Technology (IT) systems, infrastructure, and best practices, demonstrated through hands-on experience or relevant certifications.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey listing issues and resolutions to brands and internal teams in a customer-friendly manner.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving listing problems, demonstrating a commitment to ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with internal teams, brands, and Amazon support, leveraging customer service skills to address concerns effectively.
  • Experience in data analysis related to e-commerce listings is a plus.
