The Opportunity:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the prime point of interaction for our customers, handling inquiries and solving problems via various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely and presents an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate to gain substantial experience in customer service and support aspects of business operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Consistently deliver high-quality customer service, addressing all inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
Manage and track customer interactions using the appropriate CRM systems.
Communicate effectively with our customers, identifying their needs and presenting helpful solutions.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals and continually improve customer service strategies.
Participate in training and professional development sessions to boost and maintain product knowledge and customer service skills.

Pay Range :$29- $38 depending on experience

Desired Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Basic understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
The ability to work effectively in a remote environment, showing self-discipline and initiative.

Nice-to-Haves:

Technical savvy with the ability to easily learn new systems and software.
Ability to work flexible hours
Experience in the consulting or professional services industry.
