Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects as a MEP Superintendent.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and government officials.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and records.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, particularly with MEP.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
