Our client, a national law firm in NYC is seeking a Direct Hire Commercial Real Estate Paralegal.


In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of, and support related to, commercial real estate and financial transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and financings. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include legal and business communications, preparation and review of transaction documents, interaction with a variety of attorneys and business clients, management and organization of files, attendance at closings, and preparation, review and analysis of title reports and lien searches. The role also involves the review of due diligence materials in connection with the purchase and sale of co-operatives and condominiums (including the review of offering plans and co-operative and condominium board minutes) and the formation and maintenance of corporations, limited liability companies, professional corporations and partnerships. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to meet deadlines and focus on details. A bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, business, liberal arts, or some other closely-related field, with a minimum of three years of experience as a paralegal in commercial real estate and finance are required. Trusts and Estates experience is a plus. 3-6 months fully in the office, then 1 day a week remote. Salary range is $81K-$99K DOE. Please email resumes to michelle.walczyk@lexitaslegal.com.
