TrophySmack is a fun and innovative e-commerce startup whose company culture matches its brand - we make awesome products and have fun doing it. After airing on Shark Tank and partnering with Mark Cuban, we are aggressively expanding our over-the-top product line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photo & Video Creation: Capture, edit, and produce high-quality photos and videos for use across social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital marketing efforts.
• Basic Graphic Design: Design graphics for digital platforms (social media posts, website banners, ads, email newsletters, etc.). 
• Content Editing: Use editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.) to edit photos and videos, ensuring high-quality and polished output for a variety of digital formats.
• Asset Management: Sort, add, and organize assets into proper folders, tagging and labeling content for easy access.

Requirements:

• Employee is expected to bring their own camera equipment. (Some gear will be supplied)
• Portfolio showcasing a variety of work (commercial, editorial, event, corporate, social media)
• Experience in shooting both still images and video is required.
• Strong knowledge of post-production softwares (Adobe Creative Suite)
• Basic understanding of audio equipment and mixing preferred. 
• Experience with internal or external asset management softwares. 
• Social media knowledge is a plus. 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in digital content creation, including but not limited to: film/video production, photography, art/design, social media.
• Strong sports knowledge is a plus. 

Compensation:

$22-26/ hour
