Job Overview:

COMPANY: Investment Firm

POSITION: Research Coordinator

LOCATION: New York, NY

HOURS: 8 am – 5:30 pm with flexibility (4 days in office/1 remote)

COMPENSATION: $90K-125K DOE/lunch daily / strong Benefits / Bonus on top


Responsibilities of the Research Coordinator:

  • Providing administrative support for an 11-person investment team
  • Establishing standard processes and expectations across responsibilities within the team
  • Conducting research support tasks such as standard pulls, internal material library maintenance, management interaction tracking, company earnings release, call tracking, and watchlist maintenance
  • Handling corporate access tasks including conference tracking, event flagging, and request tracking
  • Coordinating calls and meetings across time zones and locations
  • Managing other administrative duties such as arranging travel and itineraries, handling expenses, providing in-office support as required, and offering occasional personal assistance


Requirements of the Research Coordinator:

  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Smart, solutions-oriented, high EQ individual
  • Must be good at multitasking and managing changing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form, facilitating clear interactions with all team members and stakeholders
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Zoom, Slack and Airtable experience a plus
