Position: Construction Project Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC

Salary: Up to $100,000 + BONUS


Are you a seasoned Construction Project Manager with a proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion? We’re seeking an individual to take the lead on multiple new construction builds, overseeing everything from contracts to budgets and schedules, while ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction.


In this role, you’ll be responsible for estimating project costs, managing finances, and coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams. You'll also play a key role in maintaining clear and effective communication with clients to ensure projects meet their requirements and are completed on time. Experience in concrete construction is highly desirable and will set you apart from other candidates.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review contracts, scopes of work, and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
  • Manage all aspects of project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Oversee schedules, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with superintendents and subcontractors to maintain efficient operations on multiple job sites.
  • Ensure safety standards are met across all projects.
  • Prepare accurate proposals and manage change orders effectively to reflect project needs.


Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a strong focus on concrete structures.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with MS Office, Microsoft Project, Timberline, and PlanSwift software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
