Description:

Seeking a Tech Lead with at least 10+ years of demonstrable full stack development experience in React JS and Node JS together with working knowledge of Oracle, ETL tools, version control, microservices would be key for individual’ success in a fast paced / agile environment. In this Lead role, individual would bring their A-game to provide day-to-day coaching and leadership to application project / ops teams, and not limited to design – development - solutioning of the sophisticated application components.

In addition to core technical skills, individual should have strong verbal / written communication skills, be intellectually curious, open minded, having eye for both detail and quality, team player and willing to do whatever it takes to support user adoption.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for all data interface(s) from source systems to Oracle / Postgres for multiple applications, for both maintenance and new development.
• Improve data architecture and optimize data flow/ jobs to better support the business needs to enhance data accuracy and user adoption.
• Providing solution oversight and guidance to Project team and application Ops engineers to implement application enhancements.
• Participating in process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to monitor and maintain daily data load SQL jobs, not limited to troubleshooting for root cause analysis and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with 3rd party or other IT teams for the successfully delivery of product enhancement or maintenance support.
• Define the system architecture for integration across diverse system domains across Business process domains and technical domains.
• Working hands on and assisting the development team in building the application, integration and reporting solutions and resolving complex issues.
• Establish the development standard and the release management processes in partnership with Project team.
• Design data entities and support the development of protocols across various systems to support the integration needs.
• Devised the testing approach and test script development for System integration testing, data testing and reports testing.
• Review deliverables of team to verify that they meet client and contract expectations; Implement and enforce high standards for quality deliverables.
• Provide thought leadership in analysis, design of React based applications translating to technical design for successful implementation of React based applications
• Responsible for managing and ensuring project deliverables with respect to quality and timelines are met.

Basic Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of technology project implementation experience, with fresh hands-on experience with: PL*SQL (70%), React/Node js (30%), Gitlab, LINUX environment
• Prior leadership experience in leading geographically dispersed teams
• 5+ years of experience in micro services framework and development
• Excellent knowledge of Enterprise Service Bus architecture and its applicability across diverse integration concepts such as caching, Pub- Sub architecture, OAUTH and JWT.
• Experience implementing large scale, complex, integration related projects that are data intensive.
• Experience in testing and performance tuning to resolve any challenges with UX response time
• Strong communication: customer relationship, organizational and follow through skills; excellent presentation skills technical documentation and positive attitude.
