Responsibilities:

  • Support Coordination: Assist with all aspects of E&P operations, including Franchise Development, Marketing, Licensing, and Film/TV activities.
  • Document Management: Oversee Statements of Work (SOWs), invoices, and detailed budget tracking.
  • Scheduling and Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings and maintain schedules for various team activities.
  • Asset Management: Manage the collection and distribution of assets essential for production and project advancement.
  • Submission Tracking: Monitor and track submissions and approvals to ensure compliance and timely progression.
  • List and Status Management: Maintain target lists and status sheets to keep the team updated on project statuses.
  • Liaison Duties: Act as the primary contact between SC Legal and Hollywood agents/managers to streamline communication and processes.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Producer, Production Coordinator, or similar role, preferably in advertising, gaming, or entertainment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with different departments and external contacts.
  • Proficiency in handling and tracking detailed documentation, including budgets, schedules, and legal agreements.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, showcasing initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
  • Familiarity with production dynamics, creative development, and experience working with legal teams is highly beneficial.

  • Detail-Oriented: Must have an acute focus on the finer details, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.


Pay Rate: $50-$75/hour
