Retail Stocker

Insight Global is seeking a Retail Stocker for an agricultural supply company in Weston, MO. The operation hours for the store are Monday-Friday 7AM-5PM, and Saturday 7AM-12PM. The Retail Stocker will be responsible for ensuring that shelves are well-stocked, organized, and to help enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stocking Shelves: Replenish merchandise on shelves, ensuring products are neatly displayed and accessible to customers.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or low stock to the management team.
• Product Rotation: Rotate products according to the first-in, first-out (FIFO) method to maintain product freshness.
• Customer Assistance: Provide friendly and helpful service to customers, answering questions and assisting with locating products.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including aisles, shelves, and stockrooms.
• Price Tagging: Ensure all products are correctly priced and labeled.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or stocking experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 75 lbs).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
