Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled FTTH Technical Solutions Specialist with a strong background in software rollouts within the Fiber to the Home (FTTH) industry. The ideal candidate will be experienced in requirements gathering, environment setup and installation, configuration/development, training, go-live, and support of FTTH software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to understand and document business needs specific to FTTH software tools like Vetro FiberMap and Sitetracker.
• Conduct trade studies and make software recommendations for FTTH project management and GIS solutions.
• Specify and implement software solutions tailored to internal customer needs within the FTTH realm.
• Configure and customize FTTH software applications to align with company requirements and optimize network planning and deployment.
• Perform software installations and provide comprehensive training to employees on FTTH software platforms.
• Work closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues related to FTTH software applications.
• Provide continuous technical support to employees, ensuring satisfaction and promoting effective use of FTTH software tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance software functionality and improve user experience in FTTH applications.
• Track and resolve implementation issues and bugs within FTTH software systems. As the system administrator, controlling access and permissions for team members on FTTH software platforms.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Industry Experience: At least three years of experience in the technology or telecommunications industry, specifically with FTTH projects.
• Financial Acumen: Comfortable with budget planning, cost estimation, and project build-outs related to FTTH deployments.
• Consulting Experience: Prior experience as a consultant or in implementation rollouts for clients in the FTTH sector.
• Collaborative Skills: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to achieve project goals.
