Job Title :Content and Change Management Senior

Locations:. Hybrid - Onsite in McLean, VA Tuesday through Thursday.

Job Description:

Must Haves: Familiar with the SDLC process . 7+ years of experience Jira, confluence, and change management. Must have experience working in Agile environment, with content creation, with video editing & creation, and with creating and publishing material. Candidate must be hands on. An ideal candidate would have a dynamic personality and would work well with minimum supervision. Responsibility split will be 60% Content Creation and 40% Change Management. PROSCI ADKAR or other Change Management Certification would be nice to have.

Candidate must include either Portfolio Link OR Link to samples that show their Video Creation experience.


Notes:

Must be familiar with IT and SDLC process (Prev candidates were not technical enough)

Must be familiar with JIRA

Must be understand IT implementations and the process to be able to make the video correctly

Must be able to create short videos

Candidates need to have a project management focus to create the content and be on time

This is not just a creative content role, candidates need to be technical enough to understand the technical aspects of the SDLC process

For content creation the client uses Camtasia or Adobe, but any content creation tool would work

Must be able to make newsletters, power point and video creation


Qualifications:

• 7-10 years related experience, 2+ years Agile methodology experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• Experience in creating modern modes of training material such as On- Demand training Video series.

• Strong change management and program management experience, proven ability to lead a complex and matrixed change effort across multiple portfolios

• Lead change management communication strategy to ensure organizational change is easily understood, adopted, and measured.

• Ability to facilitate meetings, influence stakeholders and effectively navigate company politics. Lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team.

• Design & execute a comprehensive change strategy for various projects in Modern Delivery (MD), ensuring MD communications align with the company vision, business strategy and brand.

• Ability to create simple visualizations for a diverse internal audience.

• Translate complex data into digestible visuals and/or short videos for executive reporting.

• Atlassian Suite experience (JIRA, Confluence)
