Business Case 2: Provide functional support for fiscal year-end close. (The last month of FYE)

• Perform all configuration tasks to open a module for the new fiscal year.

• Run SQLs to validate data and review journal entries.

• Effectively communicate verbally and in writing with accounting and financial staff to ensure all entries are completed prior to module closing.

• Recommend correcting entries or transaction reversals to resolve any issues.

• Recommend business process changes to improve efficiency.

• Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical staff.

Business Case 3: Lead the implementation of new system functionality. (As Needed)

Using knowledge of specific PeopleSoft FSCM modules.

• Manage the implementation and testing of new functionality.

• Configure and test a specific module during the PUM update.

• Identify and recommend system functionality to streamline business processes or eliminate system modifications.

• Draft system documentation and user manuals.

• Create presentations to demo new functionality to end users and process owners.

• Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical staff.

The experienced PeopleSoft resources should possess the following qualifications and competencies.

PeopleSoft Reporting Analyst: Develops and maintains reports and queries using PeopleSoft reporting tools like PS Query and BI Publisher.
