Responsibilities



The Manager - IT Controls & SOX Compliance is responsible for overseeing IT systems internal controls over all SOX in-scope systems:


  • Lead IT project management timelines
  • Provide guidance, assessment, and oversight on the governance of Change Management and System Access Controls
  • Work on the completion of comprehensive risk assessment, documentation, risk mitigation guidance, and related reporting
  • Perform SOX/audit projects and prepare SOX IT documentation
  • Provide control-related training to cross-functional process owners
  • Partner with business control owners to plan compliance testing programs
  • Other duties as assigned



Experience



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in a public accounting firm and/or multi-national public company
  • 3+ years of experience in technology or support of technology
  • Hands-on SOX experience
