Must Haves:

• 1+ years of title insurance, banking, or mortgage industry experience
• Demonstrated Ability to use title production or loan operating software
• Proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
• Attention to detail to identify issues that should be escalated to title management

• Advanced degree (associates, bachelors, masters)
• RamQuest experience (title production software)
• Experience closing different property types
• Business development experience

Day-to-day:

A regional title company is looking for a Escrow Coordinator to join their team on-site in Orem, Utah. The Title Escrow Funder is responsible to efficiently and accurately balancing and funding the closing real estate transaction, in accordance with state regulations and company policies and procedures. They will review the closed file and work with accounting to ensure: all funds have been collected and posted; all required documents have been received and posted to file; all payoffs and taxes are correct; all invoices in file have correct payee and amounts; and all necessary approval have been received for disbursement. They will also balance the funds received against the disbursements listed on the Closing Disclosure or HUD Statement and promptly notify parties if file is not in balanced. They will also set up and generate requests for outgoing wire transfers and review daily disbursement reports to ensure files are funded in a timely and efficient manner.
