Business hours - Tue-Fri 9AM-5PM. SAT 9AM-4PM

PRODUCE COLLECTABLE HOURS:

Consistently achieve agreed-upon productivity and Collectable Efficiency goals.

Successfully complete assigned jobs in an efficient manner.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Completes and processes all paperwork for each assignment in a timely, consistent and accurate manner.
• Participate in required training and also take personal initiative to stay up-to-date on relevant service knowledge, bulletins and other changes regarding new and existing products.
• Appropriately assist other technicians when required.
• Provide input to the aftermarket team (at any location) relating to product information, quality, - warranty and other unit performance information.

Safety, Tools and Work Environment:

• Effectively complies with all safety, tools and other job-related requirements.
• Follow all safety, environmental and regulatory compliance protocols, policies and requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide and maintain the hand tools required to efficiently complete assigned work.
• Operate, maintain and account for company equipment and vehicles.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Candidate must have experience with: Ilmor, Indmar, Mercruiser, Volvo inboards, Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda Outboards and knowledge of Marine systems.
• Must be an experienced outboard/inboard service technician, good with electronics & good knowledge of the craft.
• Must be personable and team oriented.
• Must have Driver's License

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $40.00 per hour
