Summary

Join our team at Earthrobotics and help shape the creative vision that defines how our brand connects with the world. This role is at the heart of crafting impactful materials that elevate our brand identity across digital and physical platforms, complemented by animations that captivate and inspire. Your work will directly influence how our brand is perceived and experienced by audiences globally.

As a key member of our team, your designs will appear in online platforms, advertising campaigns, presentations, and more. Areas of focus include Graphic Design, Typography, Digital Content Creation, and Motion Graphics.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design visually compelling materials for a variety of platforms (digital and physical).
  • Create dynamic and engaging animations for social media, presentations, and advertising campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and development teams to deliver impactful and innovative visual content.
  • Assist in executing creative direction across media such as presentations, video content, events, and more.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in graphic design and animation (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and Sketch.
  • Hands-on experience with animation tools like After Effects or similar.
  • Strong ability to conceptualize and execute impactful and functional designs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and visual storytelling skills.
  • Experience presenting creative concepts to leadership and incorporating feedback.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • MUST provide a portfolio link demonstrating strong concepts and execution.

Compensation and Benefits

At Earthrobotics, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within the role. and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
