Partners Personnel is currently assisting our customer located in Greenville (Dillon)SC seeking an HR Administrator. Our customer is a multi-state, national tool retailer with stores, distribution and warehouses. This position is temp-to hire role and the shift hours are ( 2nd) from 3:00pm to 12:00AM Monday through Friday. They are seeking candidates who are collaborative, reliable, with good communication skills and are service driven to work with a team. You must have a professional yet open demeanor and demonstrable skill in problem solving, confidentiality, and good judgment. The administrator will work with others on the HR team to assist with the paperwork, processes and procedures inherent with this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Advise employees on company policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws as well as company policies and procedures
  • Maintain records for mandatory training, continuing education, tuition reimbursement, and disciplinary documentation
  • Onboarding and off boarding records, engagement surveys. exit interviews, other surveys
  • Answering phone, providing information, handling questions and concerns, providing direction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, Preference for Human Resources or Business
  • Minimum 3+ years proven success working in an HR Department in a Distribution Center or manufacturing environment with a significant non-exempt population preferred
  • Bilingual – English/Spanish a plus
  • Microsoft Office knowledge intermediate to expert required, power user a plus- MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
  • Experience with payroll platforms such as ADP or Kronos
