🌱 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and innovate electrical power distribution strategies, maintaining safe, reliable, and cost-effective plant operations.
  • Manage and update site single-line electrical drawings, arc flash analysis, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Develop and oversee multi-year capital project plans for electrical infrastructure enhancements.
  • Conduct electrical coordination studies to ensure personnel safety and system security.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance and Project Engineering teams on new installations and modifications.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of design and installation specifications, commissioning plans, and equipment assessments.
  • Utilize predictive and non-destructive testing methodologies to drive improvements.
  • Maintain and refine site electrical safety procedures and practices.


🏆 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience, preferably in a continuous process industry such as chemicals or oil refining.
  • Experience in NFPA 70, NFPA 70E, NFPA 70B, NETA, and IEEE standards.
  • Experience with Arc Flash Analysis.
  • Licensed PE and CMRP certifications are advantageous.
