Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently process biweekly payroll for 500-700 employees, prioritizing accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Assess existing payroll procedures and propose and execute enhancements to payroll processing software, systems, and protocols.
  • Compile and maintain precise payroll reports, and furnish documentation for payroll audits as needed.
  • Validate the precision of salaries, benefits, garnishments, leave, PTO, taxes, and other deductions.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience of 3-5+ years in payroll processing.
  • Proficiency in Excel, particularly in pivot tables and VLOOKUP, alongside comprehensive knowledge of HRIS systems.
  • Preference for candidates with a Bachelor's degree.
