Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading Supply Chain and Logistics solution provider who is looking for a Sr Sales Account Manager to join their team. This is a direct hire position, working in the office 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday, Fridays remote, requiring limited travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Sr Sales Account Manager will oversee and maintain existing sales volume and development of sales growth
  • Sr Account Manager will lead, oversee, and develop Account Managers
  • Sr Account Manager will build and develop relationships with clients to achieve best practice supply chain solutions
  • Sr Account Manager will establish, nurture, and expand business relationships with customer key contacts
  • Sr Account Manager will provide strategic insight to target new business opportunities with customers and suppliers
  • Sr Account Manager will oversee and provide directions for new customers, suppliers, and distributor implementation
  • Sr Account Manager will work with purchasing to manage inventory, reporting, and depleting of inventory and monitor slow moving, or overstock products

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree; Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics degree preferred
  • Candidates must be computer savvy with Microsoft Office Suite to include advanced Excel skills
  • Candidates must have a working knowledge of purchasing, customer service, accounting, warehousing, and transportation
  • Candidates must possess great analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Candidates must be forward thinking, assessing business opportunities, and generating quick, sound, business decisions
  • Candidates with Foodservice industry experience preferred
