As a Project Manager at NEI, you won’t just manage projects—you’ll take ownership of the construction of dams, bridges, and highway networks that shape the future of our communities. You’ll lead teams, manage complex schedules and budgets, and mitigate risks while developing work plans, submittals, and RFIs. You’ll negotiate with top-tier vendors, handle client changes, and uphold safety and quality control standards, ensuring every aspect of the project is executed with precision. Your Role in the Action:

Big responsibilities? You’ll oversee multiple large-scale civil infrastructure projects while managing schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and quality control, while negotiating with vendors and subcontractors to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.

Hands-on leadership? You’ll be in the field with Superintendents, guiding your team through the day-to-day to keep projects on track—because leadership happens where the action is.

A strategic problem solver? You’ll troubleshoot issues, adjust plans, and reallocate resources as needed while upholding safety and quality standards.

A team that thrives on collaboration? You’ll work with a dynamic team that pushes boundaries and supports one another, striving for high performance and success.
