- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate projects, including research and development, product manufacturing, and quality assurance.
- Oversee equipment procurement, maintenance, and calibration, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Monitor inventory levels and supply chain logistics to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Stay updated on advancements in biomedical technology and industry trends, and incorporate relevant innovations into operational strategies.
- Serve as a liaison between the biomedical division and other departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, bioengineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in biomedical operations management
- Strong knowledge of biomedical equipment, systems, and technologies. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in the biomedical industry (e.g., FDA regulations, ISO standards).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
