Technical Account Manager

Level IV $120K - $140K

Primary Responsibilities

Serve as the technical post sales and Sustaining project contact as the face of the company for our customer support teams Understand the end-to-end process for RFP, NPI, and Manufacturing to better triage customer cases Ability to create technical content that can be digested by all audiences Ownership of resolution of any customer reported technical issues Engage with customers at all levels of their organization Project manage resolution of technical issues with cross functional engineering teams Lead project postmortems and advocate for continuous improvement Be the forward-thinking voice of the customer and anticipate their needs Lead the overall resolution and control messaging for escalated customer cases Document knowledge best practices for reuse throughout the company Support the sales teams in identifying account expansion opportunities

What You'll Need

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Strong critical thinking skills and experience leading highly complex products through technical support, product development or project management Consistent track record of being a self-starter, balancing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing workload effectively, and growing in a dynamic environment Excellent customer service skills and ability to quickly establish technical credibility with customers Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Willingness to learn Proven problem-solving skills Collaborative attitude Commitment to customer success 5+ years of relevant work experience Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of server and rack hardware design Experience working with large Cloud providers and Hyperscalers 5+ years of Sales Engineering or Technical Project Management experience
