Responsibilities - Finance Manager:
• Manage, train and direct Sales team
• Coach and motivate Sales team to hit goals
• Monitor salesperson productivity and performance
• Appraise vehicles
• Maintains high customer satisfaction
• Help team overcome objections, close sales, and follow sales process
• Address and resolve customer issues and concerns
• Securing finance/ lease approvals for customers
• Strong ability to close
• Support other operation units within the store to achieve maximum return on opportunity

Qualifications - Finance Manager:
• Previous dealership and management experience
• Proficient in CDK, DMS, and desking is a plus- but not required
• Team player
• Strong leadership skills
• Attention to detail
• High energy
• Strong people skills

• Ability to learn new technology systems easily
