Are you looking to break into the insurance industry? Great, your base salary will start at $36,500 and first-year commissions are expected to be around $8,000.


Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start at $38,500 and commissions are expected to earn around $12,000.

Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Utilize our marketing to establish and carry on relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Insurance Policy Customization: This is the value of what we do. We figure out their real need. We don't just give them what they already have.
  • Sales Strategy: Goals are important. We work together to figure out a plan for how to get there.
  • Networking: Identify and cultivate business opportunities through community engagement, networking events, and referrals.

Requirement
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; college degrees are a plus.
  • Licensing: Must hold or be willing to obtain an Ohio Property & Casualty License within 30 days of offer.
  • Communication Skills: You will be on the phone all day long. Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency: Competence with MS Office Suite and CRM software is advantageous.
