Who You Are   Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field Understanding of basic data warehouse data modeling techniques (e.g., star schemas, fact and dimension tables, conformed dimensions) Understanding of SQL fundamentals (tables and views, cardinality/inner vs. outer joins, aggregation)  Understanding of UI / UX principles in dashboard design  Knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices  7+ years experience leading IT operations teams Minimum 10+ years experience in IT operations or development domains Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing and IT operational strategy in a large, complex environment with successful outcomes Proven analytical and problem solving ability Comfortable with interfacing with other internal or external organizations regarding improvements identified through our ongoing IT operational reviews Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and technologies to business leaders and teams. The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company’s needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
