KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Valuations practice.

Responsibilities:

Perform industry research including comparable publicly-traded companies and similar M&A transactions, analyze competitive industry dynamics and financial conditions of peer companiesParticipate in due diligence meetings, evaluate business plans, and perform financial statement and benchmarking analysesTrain, develop, mentor, and direct the efforts of new associatesPrepare and review valuation and spreadsheet models for accuracy including the discounted cash flow (DCF), guideline public company, and transaction methodsDraft and review reports, proposals, and executive presentationsPresent analyses and conclusions internally to engagement teams and externally to clients and auditors

Qualifications:

Minimum of three years of experience with valuations of business entities and intangible assets, purchase price allocations, and financial analysis and researchBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business from an accredited college/universityKnowledge of the MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communication skills, solid research and analytical skills, and the ability to work well both autonomously and in a team environment
