PositionOverview:
Joinour dynamic team as a Technical Support Desk Engineer and become avital contributor to our customers success. Servicing the WesternNorth Carolina region and beyond you will be part of a teamproviding exceptional servicedesk technical support to ourcustomers. You will utilize ConnectWise Manage as your primary PSAtool ensuring seamless and efficient IT servicedelivery.
We understand the importance offlexibility in todays work environment. This opportunity may beremote or a hybrid of inperson and remote allowing you to balanceyour professional commitments with personal preferences whilestaying connected to our vibrant headquarters.
KeyResponsibilities:
Deliver topnotch technical support for Windows desktopsand laptops with a focus on both hardware and operatingsystem
troubleshooting.
Manageand troubleshoot Windows Group Policy and Active Directoryenvironments.
Handle Microsoft EntraDirectory Services and Microsoft 365 mailbox and usermanagement.
Administer Axcient Backup andDisaster Recovery solutions or similar applications.
Support Windows Server administration including ActiveDirectory File and Print Services DNS and DHCP.
Manage basic TCP/IP networking and SonicWALL TZ seriesfirewall configuration.
Provide enterprisewireless configuration and troubleshooting support.
Maintain excellent communication with clients offeringclear and courteous support in person and via telephone.
Selfmanage your calendar and prioritize taskseffectively solving problems in order of impact andurgency.
Collaborate seamlessly with teammembers to ensure superior service delivery.
Qualifications:
Proven knowledge of ConnectWise Manage PSA
Solid experience in Windows desktop and laptoptroubleshooting.
Proficient in managingWindows Group Policy and Active Directory.
Experience with Microsoft Entra Directory Services and Microsoft365 user management.
Understanding ofAxcient Backup solutions or similar platforms.
Knowledgeable in Windows Server fundamentals andnetwork management including DNS and DHCP.
Familiarity with SonicWALL TZ series firewalls and enterprisewireless networks.
Exceptional communicationskills and professional telephone etiquette.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritizeeffectively and work independently.
Teamoriented with a commitment to collaboration and continuousimprovement.
