Job Summary:

The Enterprise Technology Core Systems and Platforms (CSP) team is responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining technologies that support seamless and unique experiences for large enterprises. Within CSP, the Workforce Technology team (WFT) focuses on supporting HR functions. We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic SAP SuccessFactors Product Lead to join our team.

As a Lead Product Manager - SuccessFactors, you will work closely with HR and Enterprise Technology teams to analyze, design, configure, test, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors applications. This role demands excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement of the SAP SuccessFactors system.

This is a 12-18 month project hire position with no guarantee of permanent placement.


Responsibilities:

  • Engage in business requirements discussions and provide technical expertise on SuccessFactors system functionalities.
  • Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and develop solution designs for SuccessFactors Employee Central and other modules.
  • Perform hands-on configuration and unit testing of the SuccessFactors system.
  • Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and end-to-end testing.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or gaps in the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
  • Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to ensure the quality and timeliness of project deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of related work experience.
  • Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Proven track record in implementing and consulting on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
  • Preferred experience in implementing and consulting on SuccessFactors Learning, Performance, Succession Planning, Advanced Compensation, and Recruiting.
  • Preferred experience in designing and implementing SuccessFactors Security.
  • Experience supporting large SAP SuccessFactors environments (50,000+ employees) or similar.
  • Ability to translate complex business interactions into technical configurations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
  • Creative and logical approach to identifying solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to think and plan systematically and broadly.
  • Ability to apply prior experience to advise on best practices in projects.
  • Excellent collaborative skills and the ability to work constructively within a team.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, including customer service and partnership-building abilities.
  • Strong sense of ownership and the ability to follow tasks through to completion.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
