About the Role:
The Director of Manufacturing will oversee the daily operations of this new facility, drive production efficiencies, and lead a dedicated team committed to quality and innovation. If you’re a hands-on leader with experience in high-care food manufacturing, this role provides a unique opportunity to build processes from the ground up and shape the future of this company’s growth.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in high-care environments (dairy or meat/proteins)
  • 5-7 years in Plant or Operations Management
  • SQF Certification
  • Lean Manufacturing expertise, preferred
  • Experience in launching or managing new facilities
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
