Primary role will be to ensure all production positions are filled and a steady stream entry and mid-level employees are fully on-boarded.

Working in conjunction with Department Directors and Division Managers this position will report directly to the Director of HR and will:

  • Recruit/Interview prospects for all construction positions to include: Project Supervisors, Foremen, and Roofing/Gutter/Window/Siding installation techs.
  • Communicate interview details to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview experience.
  • Visit supply stores, job sites, and other locations to attract job applicants
  • Build a candidate database while networking for referrals to improve talent pool
  • Use social media and on-line recruiting tools
  • Attend/Conduct career fair hiring events throughout Middle Tennessee
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment coordination to continuously improve job performance
  • Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes, improve efficiency, and enhance candidate experience
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and leadership throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications:

  • Headhunter mentality
  • Must have valid Driver License
  • Self-motivated individual needing little direct supervision or instruction
