The ideal candidate must have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and meeting monthly sales goals, be an excellent communicator and demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Job RequirementsQualified Store Manager candidates will possess the following:
  • High school diploma required. An Associate’s or accredited Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age*
  • 3+ years of experience working in a retail sales environment
  • 1+ year of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Fun and enthusiastic personality…desire to interact with customers and provide an incredible customer experience
  • Video game knowledge preferred
