We are seekinga resourceful and proactive Executive Assistant to support ourleadership team. This role is officebased at our Miami Beachlocation and involves a combination of executive administrativetasks personal errands and occasional driving. The ideal candidatewill be organized detailoriented and comfortable managing a rangeof responsibilities withdiscretion.
Responsibilities:
- Providedaily support to the executive team including managing emailsscheduling meetings and facilitating internal and externalcommunications.
- Coordinate andoversee property management activities such as tracking work orderscommunicating with tenants and liaising withvendors.
- Handle personal errands forthe executive team including scheduling personal appointmentscoordinating travel and running personalerrands.
- Drive to completeoccasional tasks such as posting notices or depositingchecks.
- Manage confidentialinformation with professionalism anddiscretion.
- Prepare and edit reportspresentations andcorrespondence.
- Support projectmanagement helping to ensure deadlines aremet.
- Conduct research and summarizefindings for executivereview.
- Communicate effectivelybetween clients internal teams and external partners to ensuresmooth businessoperations.
Requirements
- Provenexperience as an executive assistant or in a similarrole.
- Valid driver s license with aclean driving record.
- Strongorganizational and timemanagement skills with the ability tomultitask and prioritize.
- Excellentcommunication skills both written andverbal.
- Proficiency with officesoftware (e.g. Microsoft Office GoogleWorkspace).
- Strong attention todetail and problemsolvingabilities.
- Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information withdiscretion.
- Ability to workindependently and proactively identify areas forimprovement.
- Fluency in English isrequired; Spanish is aplus.
