Job Summary
General Managers lead their teams in providing our guests with the most exceptional experience in Southern Hospitality. General Managers develop and lead a team that drives traffic, sales, and profitability in our restaurants, by maintaining a customer centric culture. They do this by ensuring an outstanding guest and employee experience.
Essential duties for a General Managers may include, but are not limited to the following:
Always maintains highest personal and professional appearance.
Creates and implements plans that ensures flawless execution of Bojangles standards.
Recruit, interview, hire, and train Team Members and Managers.
Builds an inviting culture in the store, a place where our team members feel respected, valued and are retained.
Leads Bojangles quality and safety standards through proper cooking procedures, product calls, temp logs, and waste management.
Coaches and guides team members and Managers to solve problems.
Explains menu and answer product questions for all guests.
Bending, kneeling, standing and lifting (up to approximately 25 lbs. as necessary).
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Dependable and reliable
Enjoys and values Teamwork
Prior cash handling experience.
3-5 years prior supervisor experience and ability to work 50 hours per week.
Serve as a Bojangles brand ambassador in your community.

Gerente General de Restaurante liderizan nuestros equipos de trabajo en ofrecer a nuestros clientes la mejor hospitalidad y experiencia posible. Los Gerentes Generales apoyan y liderizan a sus equipos de gererentes y colaboradores para aumentar el tráfico de clientes, ventas y rentabilidad en nuestros restaurantes, manteniendo una cultura centralizada en el cliente. Ellos logran eso asegurándose que nuestros colaboradores reciben a los clientes con una sonrisa genuina y haciéndolos sentir como invitados.
Labores esenciales para un Asistente del Gerente General incluyen, pero no se limitan ha:
Siempre mantienen la más alta apariencia profesional
Entrevistan, contratan y entrenan a nuevos gerentes y colaboradores para sus restaurantes o para otros restaurantes.
Se aseguran de ejecutar sin errores los estándares operacionales de Bojangles.
Promueven en el restaurante una cultura de respeto, donde nuestros colaboradores se sienten apreciados.
Ayudan a recibir el pago de clientes por la compra realizada.
Explican como preparar y servir los productos/alimentos que cumplan con nuestros estándares de calidad.

Requisitos:
Mayor de 18 años.

Experiencia en el manejo de cajas registradoras
De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en supervisar empleados, y capacidad de trabajar al manos 50 horas a la semana.
