As a Supervisor Support Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our clients. You will be leading a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of compassion, excellence, and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of direct care staff, including Home Health Aides, Personal Care Assistants, and Direct Support Professionals.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the quality of care provided, adhering to policies and best practices.
Training and Development: Facilitate ongoing training and professional development opportunities for team members.
Client Relations: Work closely with clients and families to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
Administrative Duties: Oversee scheduling, staff evaluations, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Healthcare Administration, Social Work, etc.).
