This is a remoteposition.

The Marketing Coordinator supports themarketing team in executing campaigns coordinating projects andensuring the smooth operation of marketing activities within anoffice setting. This role involves assisting with the developmentand implementation of marketing strategies performing variousadministrative and creative tasks that require a strongunderstanding of marketing principles and working closely withother team members. Proficiency with marketing software contentmanagement systems and digital marketing tools is required tosupport the team effectively.

  • Assist in the planning execution and tracking ofmarketing campaigns including email social media and digitaladvertising efforts.
  • Workindependently with minimal supervision to coordinate marketingprojects managing timelines deliverables and communication withstakeholders.
  • Collaborate withdesigners copywriters and other team members to develop marketingmaterials including brochures presentations and social mediacontent.
  • Prepare and maintaincomprehensive marketing documentation including campaign reportsmarketing calendars and performance metrics.
  • Support the management of social media accounts byscheduling posts monitoring engagement and responding to commentsand messages.
  • Assist in organizingand coordinating events such as webinars trade shows andpromotional activities ensuring all logistical details are managedefficiently.
  • Conduct marketresearch to identify trends customer insights and competitivelandscape providing datadriven recommendations to theteam.
  • Maintain and update themarketing database ensuring accurate and uptodate information oncustomer segments leads and campaign results.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generationefforts including the creation of sales collateral email templatesand marketing automation workflows.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with thelatest marketing trends tools and best practices participating intraining sessions as needed.
  • Provide input on improving marketing processes tools andmethodologies to increase efficiency and campaigneffectiveness.
  • Track and analyzethe performance of marketing campaigns providing reports andinsights to inform future marketingstrategies.
  • Assist in themaintenance and updates of the company website ensuring content iscurrent accurate and optimized for SEO.
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks suchas coordinating meetings managing budgets and processinginvoices.
  • Engage in team meetingsand collaborative efforts to brainstorm new marketing ideas andshare best practices.
  • Ensurecompliance with company brand guidelines marketing standards andlegal regulations in all marketing materials.
  • Other duties as assigned.
