Summary
  • This position is responsible for the operation of nursing services including but not limited to Inpatient Acute Care and Behavioral Health Services, Emergency Services, Surgical Services, Pharmacy Services, Nutrition Services and Outpatient Services. This position is accountable for the quality of the patient care provided by nursing services, ensures the development, implementation and evaluation of policies, programs and services consistent with the mission, philosophy, goals and objectives of the organization.

  • This position is employed by Mosaic Health System.
Duties
  • Manages and provides supervision to nursing services, including but not limited to Inpatient Acute Care and Behavioral Health Services, Emergency Services, Surgical Services, Pharmacy Services, Nutrition Services and Outpatient Services.
  • Participative member of the entity executive team.
  • Develops and enhances relationships with other publics, organizations or groups that expand the effectiveness of the organization's mission.
  • Adheres to the organization's code of ethical conduct, displaying as applicable, ethical behavior in the areas of business ethics, legal compliance confidentiality, conflicts of interest, vendor relationships and reporting of questionable activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • All required education is a minimum requirement. Higher levels of education are acceptable. Graduate from accredited school of nursing. Master's degree required upon hire or must be completed within 2 years.
  • RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure And/Or Compact State Licensure
  • Must have 3 to 5 years of technical and supervisory experience
