Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate Social Worker to contribute to our social service programs. As a vital member of our team, you'll assess the social needs of each resident, formulate comprehensive care plans, and connect residents and families to vital community resources. Your expertise will foster a supportive environment and ensure residents receive the emotional and practical assistance they need.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in social work, Human Resource Field, or related disciplines like Sociology, Special Education, Rehabilitative Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.
  • License/Certification in accordance with state laws and regulations.
  • One year of supervised social work experience in a healthcare setting.

Salary/ Wage Range

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
