In this role the Regional Growth Director will act as an ambassador to all agents and liaison to “agent sponsors”, agents and the Designated Managing Brokers. This is a position that requires maturity and a willingness and devotion to putting the needs of the Company and its agent shareholders and customers ahead of personal needs. Increase number of quality agents and the company as a whole Works with senior leadership to develop attraction strategies to achieve company strategic growth goals Works with senior leadership to develop and refine procedures and best practices for building culture and agent attraction Supports all regional agents, Teams and Mega Teams transitioning to eXp Identifies, attracts and evaluates agents Tracks incoming teams and brokerages and provides metrics to senior leadership Assists agents across all revenue share groups with growth in assigned region by conducting attraction appointments, leading group attraction sessions (both live and in the cloud) Works with the USA Attraction Compliance Teams to learn and to develop best practices and to correct situations that are not in line with Company policy, in their respective region.
