Track, analyze, and report data and performance using relevant metrics and tools;draw actionable insights to grow social platforms and increase audience engagement

Drive innovation and growth by experimenting with new strategies, content formats, and platforms

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree ina related field

Five years of experience as a social media strategist 

Five years proficiency in a variety of social media management tools and analytic platforms

Able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance (federal government background check)

Required Skills and Experience:

Strong understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices 

Superior storytelling experience

Ability to coordinate storytelling across social media platforms

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, emerging platforms, and changes in algorithms

Strong organizational skills

Proficiency in the following Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Experience:

Experience supporting a government or federal agency

Job Location: Washington, D.C. (Hybrid)
